Additional Driver Policy

Additional drivers fee: EUR 4.00 per day. Must be a minimum age of 25.

Additional driver that are aged between 21 and 24 will be charged EUR 10.00 per day.

Age Requirements

Minimum rental age 25 for car groups D = IDMR, E = SDMR, F = FDMR, DA = IDAR, EA = SDAR, FA = FDAR, HA = LDAR, DE = IWMR, EE = SWMR, FE = FWMR, EF = SVMR, S = FVMR, and R = PVMN.

Young Drivers between 21 and 24 years of age can only rent the following vehicles: A = MBMN, B = ECMN, C = CCMR,

CA = CCAR, and CE = CWMR. Young drivers surcharge = EUR 6.00 per day

Maximum age is 75

Condition of Vehicle

Vehicle must be returned, normal wear & tear expected, in the same condition as when rented. If special cleaning is required a separate charge will be made directly to the customer

Cross Border Policy

Vehicles may NOT be driven into: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Malta, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Iceland, Lithuania, Serbia & Montenegro, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine, Cyprus, Iceland + Russia

Licence Requirements

Valid national drivers licence valid for more than 1 year.  Non-Roman script license require an International Drivers Permit from their current residence in combination with local licence.

Out of Hours Policy

There is a drop box at the location for vehicles returned out of hours.

Payment Policy

All major Credit Cards allowed issued in the drivers name.

Cash, Travellers Cheques and EUR cheques are not accepted.

Two credit cards are required when renting the following vehicle groups: F=FDMR, FA=FDAR, FE=FWMR and HA=LDAR.

The deposit taken on the credit card is deductible value+rental charges + gas (minimum of EUR 600.00).

Refuelling Policy

Vehicle is supplied with a full tank. Return full or refuelling charges will apply.

Roadside Assistance

For roadside Assistance call Emergency telephone number: + 32 277 36 214 . Dependent on the circumstances, we reserve the right not to replace the vehicle.

Special Equipment

Baby seat         = CST - EUR 5.00 per day - deposit required - EUR 100.00  

Booster seat     = BST - EUR 5.00 per day - deposit required - EUR 100.00    

All children under 6 years of age must travel in a child seat

All Special Equipment is on freesale  

Mobile phones are not available.

Surcharges

Premium location fee is 17% with a minimum charge of EUR 30.00 + VAT, at Brussels Airport and Brussels Downtown.

Insurances:

CDW – Collision Damage Waiver

Reduces the amount of the renters damage responsibility to the sum of the deductible.

Third Party Liability

Third Party Cover is at least 1 million EUR

Mastercover

Includes CDW, Supercover, TP. Reduces the deductible amounts of CDW & Theft Protection to  EUR 185.00

Supercover

To be purchased in addition to CDW and reduces the deductible amount to EUR 185.00

TP – Theft Protection

Reduces the renters responsibility to the sum of the deductible for loss/damage to the car by or following theft /attempted theft.
