--THIRD PARTY LIABILITY--
Covers up to 1 million EUR in case of third party injury or property damage.

--COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW)--
With an excess/deductible of DKK 3000
CDW In Europe protects the renter from financial responsibility if the rental car should be damaged in any way, even if it is the renterīs fault. All rates on this site include CDW.

--THEFT PROTECTION (TP)--
With an excess/deductible of DKK 3000
TP provides coverage for theft or attempted theft of the vehicle and any additional charges that Alamo/National may incur. All rates on this site include TP.

--VAT TAX--
All our rates include the 25% VAT

--AIRPORT SURCHARGE--
Included in our rates.

--ONE WAY RENTALS--
Domestic One-Way Rentals are available between all locations at a cost of DKK 360 + VAT (DKK 450 incl. VAT)
The only drop which is not charged is Copenhagen DT to Copenhagen Airport and vice versa.
International one ways are not allowed.



--OUT OF HOURS CHARGE--
All reservations will be handled out of hours 22.00 to 07.00 hours at a charge of DKK 200. Request through reservations.

--ADDITIONAL DRIVER--
Additional driver charge is DKK 20.00 per driver per day plus tax
Maximum 2 additional drivers allowed per rental.

--YOUNG DRIVER--
There is a surcharge for drivers between the ages of 21 and 25 years of DKK 40.00 plus tax

--SUPER CDW--
Can be purchased at an extra cost of DKK 162.50 to reduce the excess/deductible to DKK 1,000 on all car groups.


--BABY/INFANT SEATS--
Infant seat (CSI) up to 9 kilos or 6 months and Child seat (CST) from 6 kilos to 18 kilos or 4 years cost is 200 DKK per rental plus tax
Booster seat (BST) from 18 kilos or 4 years and up 100 DKK per rental plus tax

--GPS/NAVIGATION--
(NVS) 85 DKK per day. Available only over counter and subject to availability. A deposit will be charged to the creditcard of DKK 4,700 to the amount of the excess/deductible if stolen.

--WINTER TYRES (STR)--
Available on request at an extra charge of DKK 600 per day plus tax with a maximum of DKK 1,800 plus tax per rental. Only available for cargroups ECMN,CCMR,IDMR,SDMR,CWMR,IWMR and SWMR. Available from 1 November until 31 March.

--SNOW CHAINS--
(SNO) Available on request at an extra charge of DKK 500 per rental plus tax. Available from 1 November until 31 March.

--WINTER EQUIPMENT--
(WIN) Available on request at an extra charge of DKK 2,300 plus tax per rental. Available for all vehicles from 1 November until 31 March

 
Rental Conditions

--DRIVERīS LICENCE--
A full and valid license, held for a minimum of 1 year, is required.

--AGE LIMITS--
Minimum rental age is - 23 years for car groups ECMN, CWMR, CCMR and IDMR. 25 years for all other car groups.
There is a surcharge for drivers between the ages of 23 and 25 years of DKK 40.00 plus tax.

--FUEL POLICY--
The vehicle is supplied with a full tank. Return full or refuelling charges will apply.

--CROSS BORDER POLICY--
Vehicles are not permitted to drive into Albania, Andorra, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine.
There is no charge for crossing the border into Western Europe.

--PAYMENT POLICY--
All major Credit cards are accepted. Cash is not permitted.
On an inclusive product the creditcard authorization will be approximately. DKK 3000 higher than the total rental amount.
Group PDAR & FDMR: 2 different credit cards under the same name required.

--CONDITION OF VEHICLE--
Vehicle must be returned, normal wear & tear expected, in the same condition as when rented. If special cleaning is required a separate charge will be made directly to the customer.
