Additional Driver Policy

Additional drivers maximum of  3 allowed, at a charge 7.00 EUR per driver per rental.

Age Requirements

Minimum rental age is 21yrs - There is no maximum age. Young Drivers Surcharge: 12.91 EUR (vat exc) per rental (Under25 years old)

Condition of Vehicle

Vehicle must be returned, normal wear & tear expected, in the same condition as when rented. If special cleaning is required a separate charge will be made directly to the customer

Licence Requirements

All valid types in roman alphabet in renters name-original licence only. Must have been held for at least 1year.

One Way Rentals

Domestic - Available between Pointe-A-Pitre Airport, Gosier  & Downtown only.

Minimum rental 3 days, all car groups at a charge of 6.96 EUR per rental.  Must be pre-booked.  International - Not permitted

Out of Hours Policy

Outside office hours on request.       Not Applicable on Sundays or Holidays.

Payment Policy

All major Credit Cards and Travellers cheques are allowed. Cash rentals are not permitted. A deposit is held on Credit card of 533.57 EUR, which will be refunded when the car is returned.

Refuelling Policy

Vehicle is supplied with a full tank of fuel. Return full or refuelling charges will apply, plus a service fee 5.00 EUR.

Special Equipment

Child/Infant seat  CBI  =  1.39 EUR per day

Booster seat        CSB=  1.39 EUR per day)    All equipment is on request

Child seats require 7 days advance notice, Maximum charge 21.5 EUR.  Child seats 0-4yrs. Booster seats 4-8yrs. Children under 12yrs must sit in the rear seats of vehicle 

Surcharges

Airport surcharge is 18.44 EUR per rental (VAT excluded)

Tax

8.50%

Insurances & Waivers:

CDW – Collision Damage Waiver

Reduces the amount of  the renters damage responsibility  to the sum of the deductible .

Third Party Liability

Third Party Cover is at  least 1 million EURs

TP – Theft Protection

Reduces the renters responsibility for loss/damage to the car by or following theft /attempted theft, to the sum of the deductible
