Additional Driver Policy

Additional driver charge is USD 2.00 per day per driver. Maximum of two additional drivers per rental

Age Requirements

Minimum rental age is 24 years. Maximum age of 92 years. Young drivers are not permitted

Condition of Vehicle

Vehicle must be returned, normal wear & tear expected, in the same condition as when rented. If special cleaning is required a separate charge will be made directly to the customer

Cross Border Policy

It is not permitted to cross the Israeli border.

Licence Requirements

Must be 24 years or over with a clean driving licence held for at least two years. An International Drivers Licence is required by non-Israeli citizens

One Way Rentals

Can only rent only at Airport location and can return to any location

All one ways except to the city of Eilat do not require a minimum rental length.  One-ways are free of charge and do not need to be pre-booked.  One way rental to Eilat is for three days rental MIN. One ways only available for EBMN/ECMR/CCMR/EDAR/CCAR/CDAR/ICAR/SCAR/SDAR groups.

Payment Policy

Cash is accepted at the end of a rental only - a credit card must be presented at the rental commencement. All major credit cards are accepted: Visa, Diners, MasterCard, Amex and travellers cheques are accepted in $ and Euro. Eurocheques are not accepted. A credit card is required for ALL rentals. The deposit is held on the card until the vehicle is returned.

The deposit will be the estimated sum of the rental, the CDW deductible, plus US$ 200.00

Vehicles JX = FFAR, KT = FVAR, and MT = PVMR require full insurance. These three vehicles cannot be insured by Gold Credit cards of any type.

Refuelling Policy

Car is supplied with a full tank, return full or a refuelling charge will apply, i.e. cost of missing fuel plus 20% over and above normal fuel costs.

Roadside Assistance

In the event of an accident or a breakdown call the Airport location on 03 977 3400 - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A replacement vehicle will be provided if necessary. Dependent on the circumstances, we reserve the right not to replace the vehicle.

Special Equipment

Child Seat/Toddler = CST @ US$ 3.00 per day to a maximum of US$ 50.00 available on request with 72 hours advance notice. Available for one-ways.

A child seat is a mandatory in Israel for any child under the age of 4 years

Mobile/cell phone = PHN - available from every location for all car groups = rental charge of US$ 1.50 per day. Local outgoing calls are charged @ US$ 1.00 per minute, International outgoing calls US$ 2.50 incoming calls are free. Available on request only and 72 hours advance booking required. Available for one-ways. 

Surcharges

Airport surcharge USD 26.00 per rental

Tax

17% VAT.  Only tourists with B2,B3,B4 visa are exempt from 17% VAT. VAT is payable for everyone (including tourist) on car groups KT,M1,and NT

Insurances:

CDW – Collision Damage Waiver including Theft protection and LDW

Provides insurance for the vehicle, for the driver and for the passengers. In the case of an accident/damage to the vehicle, the renter's financial responsibility is reduced to the sum of the deductible.

Third Party Liability

Third Party Cover is at least 1 million Euros
