Additional Driver Policy

Additional driver fee Euro 12.90 + VAT per person per day (14.00 inc VAT). Maximum 2 drivers allowed 

Age Requirements

Minimum rental age is 21years for car groups EBMR (A) & EDMR (B). 23 years for car groups CDMR (C), IDMR (D), CCMR (X), CTMR (R), IVMR (H), SVMR (K) & FVMR (S). No maximum age. Young drivers surcharge of Euro 12.90 + VAT per day (14.00 inc VAT) with a maximum charge of 10 days for renters under 24 years of age.

Condition of Vehicle

Vehicle must be returned, normal wear & tear expected, in the same condition as when rented. If special cleaning is required a separate charge will be made directly to the customer

Cross Border Policy

This is not permitted.

Licence Requirements

Licence must have been held for at least two years.  International driving licence is not required.

One Way Rentals

One ways are allowed within the island. No charge, minimum rental 3 days.  Available for all cars, must be pre-booked.

Out of Hours Policy

Delivery & Collection outside office hours and on holidays is on request only.

Payment Policy

All major Credit Cards are accepted (Visa, American Express, MasterCard & Diners). National charge cards & National Vouchers are also accepted.  Cash rentals are permitted.  Travellers Cheques & Eurocheques are not allowed.  A Deposit of the length of rental + Km + Insurance + taxes + refuelling + 20% is required for cash and credit card rentals which is held on the credit card until the vehicle is returned.  A credit card is always required for deposits.

Package: EUR 4.61 + VAT (5.00 inc VAT) per rental

Roadside Assistance

A replacement car will be provided if necessary incase of accident or breakdown.

Special Equipment

 Booster Seat - BST = Euro 1.52 Per Day + VAT (1.65 inc VAT) - Maximum charge of EUR 16.59 + VAT (18.00 inc VAT)  

Toddler Seat - CST = Euro 1.52 Per Day + VAT (1.65 inc VAT) - Maximum charge of EUR 11.06 + VAT (12.00 inc VAT)

 Infant Seat - CSI = Euro 1.52 Per Day + VAT (1.65 inc VAT) - Maximum charge of EUR 16.59 + VAT (18.00 inc VAT)

 All equipment is in request and 24 hours advance notice is required.  Equipment is available for all cars.

Surcharges

Airport surcharge is Euro 4.61 + VAT per day (5.00 inc VAT) with a maximum charge of Euro 18.43 + VAT (20.00 inc VAT)

Insurances & Waivers:

CDR – Collision Damage Reduction

Reduces the amount of  the renters damage responsibility  to the sum of the deductible .

Third Party Liability

Third Party Cover is at  least 1 million EURs

TP – Theft Protection

Theft Protection reduces the renters responsibility to the sum of the deductible should the vehicle be stolen or damaged in an attempted theft.
