Additional Driver Policy

Additional drivers EUR 4.00 per day. Minimum age 25 years.

Age Requirements

Minimum rental age 25 for car groups D = IDMR, E = SDMR, F = FDMR, DA = IDAR, EA = SDAR, FA = FDAR, HA = LDAR, DE = IWMR, EE = SWMR, FE = FWMR, EF = SVMR, S = FVMR, and R = PVMN.

Young Drivers between 21 and 24 years of age can only rent the following vehicles: A = MBMN, B = ECMN, C = CCMN,

CA = CCAN, and CE = CWMN. Young drivers surcharge = EUR 6.00 Maximum age for drivers is 75 years.

Condition of Vehicle

Vehicle must be returned, normal wear & tear expected, in the same condition as when rented. If special cleaning is required a separate charge will be made directly to the customer

Cross Border Policy

Vehicles may NOT be driven into: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Malta, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Iceland, Lithuania, Serbia, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine, Cyprus, Iceland & Russia.

Licence Requirements

Valid national driver’s licence issued over 1 year ago. Non-Roman script licences require an International Drivers Permit from their current residence in combination with local licence.

Out of hours service is not available.

Payment Policy

All major credit cards issued in the drivers name

Two credit cards are required when renting the following vehicle groups: F=FDMR, FA=FDAR, FE=FWMR and HA=LDAR

The deposit taken on the credit card is the deductible value + rental charges + gas (minimum of EUR 600.00). All rentals require credit Card for deposit. No cash or traveler cheques are permitted.

Refuelling Policy

Vehicle is supplied with a full tank of fuel. Return full or refuelling charges will apply.

Surcharges

Airport Surcharge is 17% + VAT with a minimum charge of Euro 50.00 + VAT, at all Dutch Airports.

A surcharge of 0.01 Euro per Km driven excluding VAT is applied to all rentals, payable locally on return of the vehicle.

Third Party Cover is at least 1 million EUR

Mastercover

Includes CDW, Supercover, Theft Protection reducing the deductible amounts of CDW & Theft Protection to EUR 140.00

Supercover

May be purchased in addition to CDW to reduce the deductible amounts to EUR 140.00

TP – Theft Protection

Reduces the renters responsibility for loss/damage to the car by or following theft /attempted theft, to EUR 500.00
