Additional Driver Policy

No charge for additional charges

Age Requirements

Minimum rental age is 21 years. There is no Maximum age limit, however the renter must have passed the medical test required by law in Norway if they are over 70 years of age.

Condition of Vehicle

Vehicle must be returned, normal wear & tear expected, in the same condition as when rented. If special cleaning is required a separate charge will be made directly to the customer

Cross Border Policy

Cars are NOT permitted to be driven into Albania, Andorra, Bulgaria, Belarus, Croatia, Czech Rep, Bosnia-Herzegovina. Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia & Montenegro, Slovak Rep, Slovenia, Ukraine & Russia.

Licence Requirements

Driver must have held a valid drivers licence for a minimum of one year.

One Way Rentals

Domestic one ways are allowed as follows:

1) Bergen DT & APT to: Kristiansand APT & DT, Oslo DT, Oslo Gardermoen, Oslo Torp APT, Stavanger APT & DT, Trondheim APT & DT = NOK 1,200.

2) Kristiansand DT & APT to: Bergen APT & DT, Oslo DT, Oslo Gardermoen, Oslo Torp APT, Stavanger APT & DT, Trondheim APT & DT = NOK 1,200.

3) Oslo DT, Oslo Gardermoen & Oslo Torp APT to: Bergen APT & DT, Kristiansand APT & DT, Stavanger APT & DT, Trondheim APT & DT = NOK 1,200.

4) Stavanger DT & APT to: Bergen APT & DT, Kristiansand APT & DT, Oslo DT, Oslo Gardermoen, Oslo Torp APT, Trondheim APT & DT = NOK 1,200.

5) Trondheim APT & DT to: Bergen APT and DT = NOK 1,200.

6) Oslo DT & Oslo Gardermoen to Oslo Torp APT (and vice versa) = NOK 1,200.

7) Oslo DT to Oslo Gardermoen (and vice versa) = NOK 300.00

8) Stavanger DT and AP- Haugesund DT and AP (and vice versa) will be NOK 1200

9) No charge between DT and AP in Haugesund.

ALL PRICES ABOVE ARE EXCLUDING TAX

The following inter city one ways are free of charge:  Bergen APT to Bergen DT (and vice versa).  Evenes APT to Evenes DT (and vice versa).  Mo I Rana DT to Mo I Rana APT (and vice versa).  Stavanger APT to Stavanger DT (and vice versa).  Trondheim APT to Trondheim DT (and vice versa). Kristiansand DT to Kristiansand APT (and vice versa). All other domestic one ways are not permitted.

Out of Hours Policy

Available at all locations.  There is a fee of NOK 300.00 + vat after 1800 hours. The customers can return the car to the location at any hour of the day/night.  Request through reservations.

Payment Policy

All major Credit cards,Travellers Cheques in all currencies are accepted.  Cash rentals are accepted at Downtown offices only, a deposit of NOK 4000.00 + rental cost will be taken. Only for Norwegian citizens.

Refuelling Policy

Car is supplied with a full tank, return full or refuelling charges will apply +  20% of the standard refuelling prices

Child/Infant seat  (0-6 months)       CSI = NOK  20.00 + TAX, maximum charge NOK 140.00 + TAX - On Request

Child/Toddler seat (6-36 months)   CST = NOK 20.00 + TAX, maximum charge NOK 140.00 + TAX - On Request

Ski rack Cost                                   SKV = NOK 100.00 per rental + TAX – On Request

Winter tyres are fitted to all vehicles from November 1st to April 1st. There is no additional charge for this service.

Airport surcharge - 250.00 NOK, incl VAT, from all airport locations.

Insurances:

CDW – Collision Damage Waiver

Reduces the renters financial responsibility to the sum of the deductible

Third Party Liability

Third Party Cover is at least 1 million Euros

TP– Theft Protectiom

Reduces renters responsibility for loss/damage to the car by or following theft/attempted theft .TP must be purchased if customer does not have a major credit card that covers TP.
