Additional Driver Policy

Additional driver charge is EUR 2.30 inc vat per day

Age Requirements

Minimum rental age is 21 years for car groups A-ECMN & B-CCMN; 25 years for group D-SDMR. There is no young driver surcharge.

Condition of Vehicle

Vehicle must be returned, normal wear & tear expected, in the same condition as when rented. If special cleaning is required a separate charge will be made directly to the customer

Cross Border Policy

Cars are NOT permitted to be driven into: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Turkey, Romania, Serbia & Montenegro, Bulgaria & Ukraine. For other countries a special insurance (Green Card) should be taken at a cost depending on the engine size and length of rental.                                                   

Licence Requirements

Full licence that has been valid for a minimum of one year. Non - European customers require a valid International licence.

One Way Rentals

Domestic - One way rentals are available on request  at a charge of EUR 50.00 + VAT.  

International - please consult the International One Way program (IOWP)

Out of Hours Policy

There is a charge of EUR 21.00 (Incl.vat) for pick-up or drop-off between 22:00 & 07:00 Hours in Warsaw,19:00 & 08:00 in Gdansk, 17:00 - 09:00 all other locations, request through reservations. 

Payment Policy

All major Credit cards.  Deposits will be held on a customers credit card:

1. NWE  - 256,20 EUR (group A-ECMN, B-CCMN) or 597,80 EUR ( group D-SDMR)

2. Fuel deposit (1,54 EUR per litre) 77 EUR - 108 EUR

Refuelling Policy

Car is supplied with a full tank. Return full or refuelling charges of EUR 1.64 per litre + VAT will apply.

Roadside Assistance

Emergency telephone numbers in case accident or breakdown:- Call the nearest National location. If out of hours call using the locations mobile numbers. These numbers will be supplied at the point of rental.

Special Equipment

Child/Infant seat CSI = EUR 2.80 per day & EUR 28 per rental On request.       

Child seat is suitable for up to 11years. Mobile phones are not available to rent

Tax

Insurances & Waivers:

CDW/TP – Collision Damage Waiver/Reduction combined  with theft Protection  

Reduces the amount of the renters damage responsibility (Theft Protection is included)

 S/CDW – Super Collision Damage Waiver

Reduces the amount of the renter’s damage to zero deductible. This insurance cannot be purchased unless ordinary  CDW has been purchased first.

Third Party Liability

Third Party Cover is at least 1 million EUR
