Additional Driver Policy

Additional driver charge is Euros 21.00 per rental

Age Requirements

Minimum rental age is 21 years. Maximum rental age is 75 years. There is no young drivers charge.

Condition of Vehicle

Vehicle must be returned, normal wear & tear expected, in the same condition as when rented. If special cleaning is required a separate charge will be made directly to the customer

Cross Border Policy

Vehicles are permitted to be driven into any foreign state except Iraq.

Licence Requirements

Valid drivers licence which must have been held for at least two years. International licences are accepted only accompanied by a national one. Client must also provide a valid passport and a credit card for identification purposes (for some car groups – see payment policy).

One Way Rentals

Permitted between National offices within Slovenia at no charge for rentals 3 days or more. For rentals from one to two days extra charge of Euros 15.00 plus VAT. International - please consult the International one way program (IOWP) - charges will apply. All international one way rentals must be minimum 3 days.

Out of Hours Policy

Delivery or collection charged at Euros  21.00 plus tax

Payment Policy

All major Credit cards. For groups K=PDMR, K1 = PDAR, M=LCAR, and H=LDAR  2 x credit cards are required.

Deposit taken will be total rental cost, fuel deposit and excess deposit when applicable.

Refueling Policy

Car is supplied with a full tank,  return full or refueling charges will apply.

Roadside Assistance

Emergency assistance: all locations +386 41 482 466 round the clock 24h.

Special Equipment

Child/Infant seat CSI = per rental - Euros 21.00 plus VAT.

Child/Toddler seat CST = per rental - Euros 21.00 plus VAT.

Child/Booster seat BST = per rental - Euros 21.00 plus VAT.

Magnetic Ski rack (for two pairs of skies) SKV = per rental - Euros 21.00 plus VAT. Ski racks can be fitted to all car groups except A1=MBAR. Ski equipment is not provided.

Snow chains SNO = DEM = per rental 21.00 EUR plus VAT.

All the above equipments are available on Freesale. Mobile phones are not available.

GPS is available on request for Euros 14.40 plus VAT per day for car groups C=CDMR and upwards. A deposit of EUR 450.00 will be taken on a Credit Card and is only available at Ljubljana Airport and Downtown.

This country does not provide reflective jackets and is not required by law to do so.

Surcharges

There is an additional surcharge:  Airport Fee of Euro 20.00 + VAT  per rental from all airport locations.

Insurances & Waivers:

CDW – Collision Damage reduction

CDR - Collision Damage Reduction - reduces the amount of the renters damage responsibility to the sum of the deductible.

Third Party Liability

TPL - Third Party Liability insurance is included in the vehicle rental rate.  Limits to cover are Euro 1 million.

TP – Theft Protection

TP - Theft Protection - reduces the renters responsibility for loss/damage to the car by or following theft /attempted theft, to the sum of the deductible.
