Additional Driver Policy

Additional Driver charge is EUR 7.00 plus tax per driver per day. Maximum 2 additional drivers allowed.

Age Requirements

Minimum rental age is 21yrs.   For car groups IWMR, ICMR & ICAR the minimum age is 23 and for groups SDAR, SDMR, SVMR & SCMR the minimum age is 25 years.  There is no young drivers charge.

Condition of Vehicle

Vehicle must be returned, normal wear & tear expected, in the same condition as when rented. If Special cleaning is required a separate charge will be made directly to the customer.

Cross Border Policy

Cars are not allowed to exit Turkey.

Licence Requirements

Full valid licence that has been held for a minimum of one year

One Way Rentals

Domestic - free of charge between National locations except for GAZIANTEP, KAYSERI, and KONYA. Charges are 140,00 EUR + TAX. All One-ways are on request. International One Ways are not permitted.

Out of Hours Policy

Available - there is no out of hours fee

Payment Policy

All major Credit cards are accepted.  No Cash payments are allowed, but a deposit will be taken on a credit card.

Refueling Policy

Car is supplied with a  full tank, return full or refueling charges will apply.

Baby seat     CSB =  EUR 10.00 per day

Luggage rack LUG=  EUR  10.00  per day

All Special Equipment is on request only and is also PLUS TAX

Insurances & Waivers:

CDW – Collision Damage Waiver

Collision Damage Waiver &Theft Protection are combined. CDW covers damage to the car and the other car in case of an accident .TP covers theft of the car .

Third Party Liability

Third Party Cover is at  least 1 million EUR

MC1 – Super Damage Waiver

Can only be purchased in conjunction with CDW. It can not be purchased alone. This insurance  reduces the deductible on CDW to zero in case of theft of the vehicle .
